Frequently Asked Questions

• Q: "Returns??? How do those work???"

A: I will accept returns of anything undamaged, unworn, and not covered in sweat and slime and goo or whatever! Send me an email about it (shopyowcho.com) and then send your stuff (preferably in the original packaging) to 5933 N Albina Ave and I'll refund you upon receipt!

• Q: "I need to cancel or alter my order! Or change my shipping address! How do I go about doing that?"

A: Send me an email, doofus! At shopyowcho@gmail.com!

• Q: "Hey! It's been a little bit since I ordered and I haven't received a shipping confirmation email! Is something wrong? Where's my order???"

A: Don't worry! Chances are nothing is wrong- if you haven't received a shipping email, either your order has not gone out yet, or you didn't provide an email address at checkout! Also check to see if the item you ordered was on Pre-Sale: those take longer to be made & shipped! There will be a banner at the top of the website, as well as info on the product page on the shipping timeline for pre-sale items. Also please remember: Yowcho is a small (tiny) business run (currently) by just one single person- I don't have the resources of a bigger web-shop and thus things just simply move slower. So! Please give things a little extra time before sending me that email asking for an update on your order! If you've given it some extra time, and still haven't gotten that shipping confirmation, feel free to reach out to me at Shopyowcho@gmail.com

• Q: "Woah! Shipping outside of the United States is really expensive! What the heck!"

A: I know! Unfortunately, I use the cheapest possible methods of shipping available to me (I don't up-charge either) and international shipping is still quite expensive. It's unfortunate, but just one of the drawbacks of being a small business! Hopefully some time in the near future, I'll have a cheaper way to get things shipped out to all you folks outside of the US.

• Q: "The tracking page says 'Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item' or 'Pre-Shipment info sent to USPS, USPS awaiting item' what's up with that?"

A: All of our packages are delivered to USPS immediately after they are labelled- we don't sit on them or hold them for long, as the USPS tracking page my incorrectly suggest! Either of the above messages simply indicate that your package HAS been shipped, but that USPS didn't scan the package while picking it up from us or upon delivery from us to them. This used to be rare, but unfortunately is now commonplace since late 2019. Usually normal tracking with resume once the package is scanned at the next USPS facility.
